Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 100% of the session fee. This amount must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 100% of the session fee for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
 
Sick Policy
•If you're feeling unwell in the day(s) leading up to your appointment, you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer contagious or symptomatic. If a client is sick in the day(s) leading up to their appointment and cancels the day of their appointment, the Late Cancellation fee will be charged, which is the full price of the session. Please do not try to wait it out to see if you'll be better by your appointment date.

•Clients that arrive to their appointment sick/symptomatic will be sent home and charged the Late Cancellation fee, which is the full price of the session. 

•I understand that there are cases where one wakes up sick the morning of their appointment. In this case, please reach out to me via text at (585)703-0763 so I can take care of the appointment cancellation for you to avoid the Late Cancellation charge. Only utilize this if you woke up sick and weren't experiencing symptoms in the day(s) leading up to your appointment.  

Please reach out if you're ever unsure of if you should cancel and reschedule your appointment, as I will always send clients home when they show up sick to an appointment.
